Directions: from I-84 E or W, take exit 63.
You'll come into town, heading toward Mt. Hood.
Go 3 blocks to State St and turn right.
Turn left on 6th. Take your first right onto Sherman.
Then, your first left up the hill on 7th.

We are 2nd driveway on the left. Please park on Hazel or 7th St
and please leave the spot open right next to the dark grey cottage house - 410 7th
.
Parking is residential - thank you for considering! Come through our carport to backyard.

Description of Classes

Sweet Flow ~ This is a luscious, groovy, deep flow class with a slower pace. A great way to get down with your own yoga goodness and expand on what you know! (Appropriate for ALL levels)

Yin/Restore ~ This is a traditional Yin class accompanied by quiet, deep breath work and/or toning. Yin takes us out of muscular effort, out of "doing" and drops us into a deep inner quiet. This practice works at a cellular level where the connective tissues around the joints have a chance to literally break free from unconscious holding patterns while stimulating the healthy flow of "chi" or energy - balancing and restoring us! (Appropriate for EVERYONE!)


Bliss ~ In Bliss, you will nourish your body and soul with long, lanquishing stretches and super yummy, way slow sequences that naturally encourage a more reflective experience. A great way to unwind, destress, and revitalize yourself. Filled with loving, supportive adjustments that will bliss you out! (Suitable for everyone!
)

Dynamic/Power Flow ~ is a more vigorous form of “flowing” yoga done in a heated room. The practice is dynamic, fun, and challenging. You will naturally increase your flexibility, build strength, and find the connection to your Heart center, while balancing the aspects of your physical and mental bodies. (Appropriate for those with an established practice!)

Chanting & Toning ~ I LOVE this form of communion! Chanting gets us off the fast-track mind busy-ness and drops us sweetly into the heart where love, devotion and surrender to the Divine is natural and inspiring.

Pranayama ~ Prana is the vital life force and energy that sustains our bodies. It is the energy of creation. The most obvious form of Prana is our breath. Pranayama is the art of opening up and directing this energy as a means to clear internal blockages. When Prana is free flowing, our body becomes nourished with a fresh supply of oxygen, our stress levels are immediately reduced and we are better able to experience tranquility and clarity of thought. A tranquil mind becomes the beautiful landscape in which to experience deeper levels of meditation and therefore, deeper aspects of ourselves.

Meditation ~ Is it really possible to find peace and calm and freedom within us? How do we find the still-point amidst the constant chatter of our minds? What does "becoming the observer" of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions really do for us? We will play with different meditation techniques in a fun, supportive, explorative way that are designed to remind us of our connection to the Divine.
