Yoga Etiquette

 
  • Arrive a few minutes early to get set up and calmly prepare yourself for class.
  • Come with an empty or near empty stomach.
  • Please avoid consuming caffeine before class.
  • Bring your own sticky mat if possible.
  • Please remember to turn off cell phones before entering class.
  • Please remove shoes upon entering the studio.
  • Do bring your sense of adventure!
  • Come with an open heart and willing spirit!

    As bodies of energy, we carry our vibration with us and are therefore, constantly transmitting that vibration. Think about the kind of vibrational atmosphere that you'd like to step into and then, create that in yourself as you come to class! Imagine the gift that you bring to all when you emanate the energy of Love, Calm, Joy!!!
