Meditation

 

Meditation is a state of communication, a free flowing exchange of knowledge between you and the Creator. It should not be perceived as merely a way to go somewhere to get lost or tune out. Instead, it is a way to tune in, to get informed about who you truly are! It is a way to go to a place that nourishes you. In reality, we cannot "do" meditation. I have found the more I allow myself to just "be" during meditation, the more connection I have to that something that I call the Divine. It's a sacred space that I've come to cherish!

Create a sacred place for yourself and start to practice a little each day. Dedicate time for reflection and renewal. Then savor what unfolds in your daily experience!

Set aside 10-15 minutes for your Self today. Sit comfortably and quietly. Begin to observe your breath. Hear your breath, keep hearing your breath. Go to the deep within and patiently listen. Be curious to see what shows up. You may want to write down your experience immediately following your meditation.
