The question is not whether ALL crop circles are of non-human origin . . . but are ANY? There is ample evidence that some number indeed are. And this is where the adventure begins!
Besides beautiful countryside laced with farms and rolling hillsides, the area around Wiltshire, England becomes riddled with enigmatic geometric designs each summer like clock work. They are most often discovered early in the morning where none existed the night before. What are these intriguing geometric art works, who is behind them, and why do they show up here more than any other region of the world?
Join us on an adventure exploring this phenomenon along with an array of well known (Stonehenge, Avebury, Glastonbury) and lesser known (Waylands Smithy, West Kennett longbarrow, Devils Den, Merlins mound, and more) ancient and sacred sites of southwest England.
Our intention is to host people who are on a journey of awakening to more evolved ideas about our human history and future. We seek to satisfy a balance of spiritual and scientific curiosity with plenty of light hearted discussion and hands on experience. Our extensive research in the fields have led us to focus on the energetic nature of the formations and sacred sites and we encourage our groups to explore the "feeling" perspective of the experience along with the physical aspects.
In order to maximize your experience, we take care of MOST of your eating, lodging, logistical, and scheduling needs, allowing you to immerse in the experience and energies of this magical landscape. This is a nine day/eight night tour inclusive of guide fees, entry fees, lodging, most meals, and transportation. It does not include travel to or from England or the airport. While not strenuous, we do require each member of the group to be physically fit enough to walk the hilly countryside for some amount of time each day.
We will stay at the quaint and traditional English Castle and Ball Inn on the high street of Marlborough.
This is a central location to the primary crop circle region making a great base camp, plus, there are lots of eating and shopping possibilities within walking distance.
The tour will include:
Semi-private entrance to Stonehenge at sunrise
A day visit to Glastonbury which will include a hike to the top of the Glastonbury Tor, Quiet time in the World Peace Gardens at the Chalice Well, lunch at a wonderful vegetarian cafe (Rainbow Cafe), if time allows, tour and dowse the grounds of the 12th century Abbey.
Avebury Stone Circle
West Kennett Longbarrow, Merlins Mound, Dragon Hill, Waylands Smithy, Silbury Hill, and other ancient (1000-3000 yrs bc) sites.
Private tea and crop circle discussions with author, geometer, architect, inventor, and crop circle expert - Michael Glickman.
We will have plenty of time built into the itinerary for reflection, assimilation, and meditation.
We limit our tours 10 or less in order to maintain a group size conducive to a special experience. A $500 deposit will ensure a place on our tour. Once this is received and the time gets closer, you will receive a packet of information with planning details and an itinerary. If you have any further questions, please contact us by email.
Both private and shared room options are available. This is simply the best rate with the best tour guides in the world!

Please organize travel arrangements accordingly.
On the final day of the retreat, Saturday, Oct 20th, our scheduled departure time is between 8 and 10 am. Most will be leaving by train, the 9:40 train from Stimigliano station.
Most of you will most likely be flying to Rome(FCO), then will take a train to Orte (Stimigliano) train station just a few minutes away from Sabina. Please notify me in advance of your flight details.
Once you've retrieved all your luggage, please call my wonderful husband, Ross, or Giulia, our host to let us know what train you will be on. We will email you our Italian cell phone numbers several days before the retreat.
Giulia's cell if calling from an Italian phone is 340-387-6028. If you have your own cell phone that is on U.S. roaming you will dial 00-39(italy country code)-340-387-6028.
The cost of a pick up from the train station is 25 Euros per person each way.
$15(E10) per person each way if there are 3 or more.
If you desire more flexibility and freedom or want some real adventure in Italy, you are welcome to rent a car and drive. I'll be happy to provide you with driving directions from Rome airports if you choose this option.
TRANSPORTATION
In Sabina (also called Tori in Sabina) is within easy access of Rome and its airports. For U.S. citizens, you'll want to fly in to Fiumicino, also called Leonardo DaVinci.
(FCO is the airport code).
The other airport is called Ciampino but is more for European & UK travelers. In Sabina is approximately one hour from the center of the city (by train or car) and about 1.5 hours by train/car from both airports.
**If you are coming to Sabina by train from the airport, you can take a train from directly inside Fiumicino(Leonardo DaVinci) airport. Take the train to Orte and get off at Stimigliano where we will pick you up. Stimigliano is tee-tiny, so you can't get lost. There is a coffee bar just to the left as you come out of the station where you can wait.**
The train ticket costs roughly 11-14 Euros. *Make sure that you validate your ticket BEFORE you get on the train by stamping it in one of the yellow machines on the walls or platform.
To check train times go to
www.trenitalia.it
From the Ciampino airport(Ryanair, Easyjet), you will need to take the bus to Termini station in the center of Rome. From there, take the underground to Tiburtina station. Next, take the Orte train, getting off in Stimigliano(approx. 45 min). This whole journey can take 2.5 to 3 hours. The train ticket costs roughly 4-6 Euros.
Please notify me via email of your flight number, airline, and arrival time.
